The Brighton & Hove Food Festival website is a celebration of the best of food and drink available in Sussex. Now a firm favourite in Brighton's extensive Festival calendar, the festival offers major foodie events every weekend throughiut September, including Taste of Sussex Market Weekend, Fiery Food and Wine Festivals, Children's Festival and World Food Market.
The 2009 Festival will also include for the first time an 'Open House Dining' event for foodies in the style of 'Come Dine with Me'. Brighton Food And Drink Festival runs throughout September.
The Brighton Comedy Festival returns with hilarious a vengeance with all your comedy favourites, plus the very best in new talent. Catch them in Brighton before the rest of the world does! Acts already confirmed include:

After its huge success last year, Brighton White Night has been confirmed for another 4 years! A unique chance to mark the end of British Summer Time and use your extra hour when the clock goes back wisely - by doing something different! Wander through the magnificent Royal Pavilion, go for a midnight swim, dance the night away at Komedia, or meander outside to explore the streets and squares of Brighton & Hove through trails and tours exposing real and imagined tales of the city. This year also sees an exchange with Amiens in France on the same night, so expect some French influence in the city on the night of 24th October.
